MEMBERSHIP TYPES AND RATES

All categories of membership include the online version of our journal Nyame Akuma. When signed in, subscribed members will have the option to also subscribe to the journals African Archaeological Review and Journal of African Archaeology at a discounted price, as well as a hard copy of Nyame Akuma, by clicking on the "Journals" link in the top menu of the website.

Life membership is available.

Individual membership fees for 2024 are as follows:

Member benefits

As a benefit of SAfA membership, you have the option of subscribing to a hard copy version of Nyame Akuma, and/or journals African Archaeological Review and Journal of African Archaeology at discounted subscription rates. Journal subscriptions must be renewed annually. Please note that these subscription rates are for individuals only; we cannot process institutional subscriptions to these optional journals.
